Our clients can select from a variety of products and services to be delivered individually or in combination in order to achieve their desired results. These can be offered by our clients as inclusive benefits or for voluntary purchase by their customers or members. Alternatively they can even be provided as a part of your employee benefits package.
Our voluntary insurance benefits include Travel Medical, Trip Cancellation, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Life, Health, Dental and Identity Theft coverages. These can be offered to customers by financial institutions, credit card issuers, associations, retailers and employers.
Many of our clients differentiate themselves further by working with us to develop value-added, non-insurance products and services to fill a specific role within their comprehensive inclusive benefit program or even as a voluntary benefit for their customers, members and employees. Some of the non-insured services available through our affiliated company, DMC Solutions™ include Identity Theft Restoration, Card and Information Registry, Legal Assistance, Financial and Tax Assistance, Personal Information Protection, Estate Registry and Medical Second Opinion.
Inclusive Benefits
These are products and services paid for by the sponsoring client. The cardholders, members or employees get them as an included benefit of owning a participating card, being employed by a participating employer or using a service to which the inclusive benefit is attached.
Voluntary Benefits
These are products and services that the sponsoring client offers to its customers or members for purchase for their personal use. We assist our clients to effectively market voluntary benefits using direct mail, telemarketing, point-of-sale and cross-sell solicitations, as well as through the internet and other media.
Employee Benefits
Traditional group products have included life, accidental death and dismemberment, extended health care, dental, and disability insurance. Market trends show client interest growing in other value-added non-insured services, including Identity Theft Restoration, Legal Assistance, Financial and Tax Assistance as well as Medical Second Opinion, amongst others.
