Through PBA’s affiliated company, DMC Solutions™, and other approved partners, we have the ability and expertise to provide third party administration of niche insurance products and non-insured service programs, where needed. DMC Solutions™ or one of our other third party administrators can provide, manage and administer our products and services to the customers, members and employees of our clients.
Services provided include marketing oversight, handling sales inquiries, enrollment, fulfillment, medical underwriting, billing and collection, customer service and adjudication and payment processes for claims and services.
